It comes from our spring on the mountain, at around 1,800 meters. It is naturally soft, with 33 mg/L hardness, and before bottling it passes only through filtration and UV light. Then we carbonate it in Cedral.

Water under your brand can start from 10 cases. Beer under your brand, whether one of our recipes adjusted or a new one from scratch, is produced as a full batch: 20 cases.

Yes. When your box is ready you pay by card through ONVO Pay, a Costa Rican payment provider. We never see or store your card details. If you prefer, you can also arrange payment on WhatsApp.

You may request the voluntary cancellation of your order up to 24 hours before the delivery or pick-up date communicated by Cedral.

If no specific date has been communicated yet, you may request the cancellation before the order is dispatched or prepared for pick-up.

In these cases, Cedral will refund the full amount paid, using the same payment method whenever possible.

These conditions do not limit the rights of withdrawal, warranty or complaint that apply under Costa Rican law.

Yes. By default we issue an electronic ticket. If you want an electronic invoice in your name, ask for it when you order and give us your ID number; it reaches you by email as soon as the tax authority accepts it.
